Met Legal Services
Met Legal requires a year-long commitment. If you would like to cancel, you may do so during the Annual Enrollment period through the Met Legal page on the Quest Benefits Plus website.
Allstate Identity Protection (formerly InfoArmor)
Employees may cancel anytime by logging into Quest Benefits Plus and going to the Allstate Identity Protection page. Click “enroll now”, then click “no thanks/cancel”. Employees may also call Quest Benefits Plus customer service for further assistance.
Liberty Auto and Home Insurance
To make any changes to your policies, including cancellations or changes to payment options, please contact Liberty Mutual directly at (800) 298-8018 or call a local office which you can find at www.libertymutual.com. Please reference your policy number, which can be found in your insurance policy. States have different requirements based on DOI regulations.
MetLife Auto and Home Insurance
Cancellation policies differ by state; therefore, the employee must call the MetLife Call Center at (800) 438-6388 for cancellation terms and processing.
MetLife Long Term Care
Outside of the 30 day free look period, a person may cancel their long-term care coverage at any time with a telephone call to (800) 638-4593. The cancellation will become effective on the last day of the month you call. There is no refund of premiums paid (unless you are paid in advance past your cancellation date).
Pet Assure
There is a 3-month minimum enrollment period. After 3 months employees can cancel at anytime by contacting Pet Assure at (888) 789-7387.
Travelers Auto and Home Insurance
To cancel a Travelers Insurance policy, the employee needs to call the Travelers Customer Service Center at (888) 695-4640. Please reference your policy number, which can be found in your Insurance policy.
If the policy has been paid in full or is on direct bill, any refund on earned premium due to the employee will be sent to them. In the case of payroll deduction, Travelers may need to take one or more final deductions until the policy is paid back to the cancel date since payroll deduction policies are billed in arrears.
Nationwide Pet Health Insurance
Policyholders may cancel a policy at any time by contacting Nationwide directly at (877) 738-7874 or optionally, by notifying Nationwide in writing via fax at (714) 989-0537, or mail at P.O. Box 2344, Brea, CA 92822, or online at the
Policyholder Portal.
